Marijuana Transportation Bill

ArborYpsi Law

Marijuana to be transported soon must be either;

-Enclosed in a case that is not readily accessible from the interior of the vehicle, if the vehicle in which the person is driving does not have a trunk

Failure to transport marijuana lawfully is a misdemeanor, punishable by up to 93 days in jail, a $500 fine, or both.
